I dont think this is right? [Clicking noises from printer]

Greetings, My printer is making weird noises on the x axis and seems too me somethings wrong. When it reaches the end it makes a clicking noise any help?..

Do you have the right printer selected in the slicer? Sounds like its trying to move to far.

This doesn’t sound too good (as a fellow A1 mini owner)… But here’s a few things to try!

  1. Try lubricating all the axis’s (not sure is that’s a word :sweat_smile:)
  2. Make sure like @mltriebe said, to choose the correct printer in Bambu Studio because that motor is definitely trying to move further then it should.
  3. Check the belt (enough tension?)

Yes, yes, I know some of the things just listed are general maintenance, but that may be the problem, you never know!

I will make sure to double check that but seems useful as sometimes it thinks my printer is an a1 , thanks for the usefull tip!
