How about that for a title?
Let me tell you how i fixed my A1 mini and my A1 to run as quiet as ever.
I was printing with PETG and suddenly i noticed that the extruder is not pushing out anything. Turns out i was printing PETG with a PLA Silk profile.
I tried my best to extrude it manually but nothing came out. So i decided to open up the tool head… i know… but still…
I carefully unscrewed every screw that held the front cap together, and pulled out the extruder. Lubed the ball bearings and put it back with no modifications whatsoever.
I was a little bit scared to turn it on but having no leftover screws gave me courage.
To my surprise the, A1 mini works better than i ever remember it working.
So, i did the same thing with the A1 and i got the same results. They are way more quiet since they had this intervention.
