Hi I was printing some desiccated holders and ran out of PETG generic filament last night. This morning I tried to reload the filament but it will not reload. I’ve tried pushing it in but will not pick up. The light in the AMS 2 pro where the filament ran out is flashing. I look on the printer and on the screen it showed that I had removed one role of filament and put it into the space that the filament ran out.
The print only has about 7 layers to go to be finished.
There are 2 questions: 1 how can I get it to reload. 2 how can I change it to another slot where I have PETG already loaded all my PETG so far is generic but no real with the same colours.
