Got a answer on the option inquirie. Mu choice was to change tje heatbed and a $120 coupon. But they replied this:
Same for me. I’ve already pointed out the mismatch and the very same answer came again. I think that is just a mistake made in a rush…

Yes, got that, but I think BL are having some confusion issues.
Got a follow up to that that was the same as the original recall options email updated with local currency (£111). that’s all good, but it implied I had to resubmit the claim. Clicking that link took me to the Italian site, not the UK site.
Manually went to the UK site and it still had my ticket open, so I think there is just some linking issues,
