I like Makerworld but start to dislike it... Model take down

@MakerWorld

Since the first day with my brand new X1C (2023), I started modelling with freecad and added some of my designes to makerworld.
Today, I received the notice from BL that 4 of my models has been taken down. Each with the same complaint…

“This profile has been taken down due to the fact that it does not contain a valid physical print image.”

Here are the official rule:

In fact all my models have a couple of real images, together with some rendered images as well. Sometimes it is helpfull to make things more clear.

Why did you Bambu guys do not read your own rules?
If you don’t want any kind of rendered images, than communcatebthis in a clear way.

I hope I get this problem managed with BambuLab…

I’m curious if the models taken down are like this one? No print picture, only a model render.

No, this one was NOT complaint.
Btw… This isn’t a render, but a screenshot from BambuStudio.

Can you confirm that you uploaded the correct images for both the 3D object and the print profile? You need to do both, not just one. At least for the print profile, it is mandatory, but you should do it for both, anyway.

I don’t know what you did, but it sounds to me like you uploaded a real image for the 3D object, but not for the print profile?

By the way, 3D renderings are not prohibited. That’s hardly the reason. I guess you just forgot to add a real picture to your print profile? That the real photo was only attached to the 3D object?

Sorry for the double post, but I found the mistake: you forgot to add a real photo to some of the print profiles. Sorry, that was indeed your mistake.

Thanks for your hint @RetroSharky.
I wasn’t aware that model images and images of the print profile are different stories. :astonished:
This would explain the problems…
