I love this printer but

Before my X1 Carbon I had a Creality CR10S Pro and it taught me that I didn’t want anything to do with 3D printing and or Creality printers. 6 years later I gave that thing away and bought this X1 and I couldn’t be happier with a few exceptions: After a year and a half it and my AMS still can’t agree on what’s in it and trying to connect to the printer service can be an absolute nightmare. If I can’t connect to the service to print my product why would I want to use your product? It amazes me the amount of people that have spent over a thousand dollars and still have this problem. I will never go back to a bed slinger but while I’m waiting to connect I have time to check out any competition that highlights how their printers don’t have this issue. All of the updates that have been done in a year and a half and not a one of them completely resolves these issues.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your printer

Please share as much information as possible about what you tried, and the issues you are experiencing. We can then provide you with some guidance on how to solve the problems.

For the connection issues, I would recommend you check this Wiki article: Wi-Fi / Network connection guide for X1/X1C 3D printers | Bambu Lab Wiki

The best way would be to perform a factory reset, then follow the complete initial setup and see if this issue resolved the problem.

You know that you can print through your LAN.

I haven’t had a connection issue for almost two years. If I were to guess, your network settings may be causing an issue. Not that it’s your fault, but firewalls and security settings aren’t a one size fits all type of thing. Especially with the way the cloud printing works, by sending and receiving information in a way that might look odd to a security solution.
