I need help with the laminator

For a long time I have had a problem whenever I try to print things of this type, When I want to print letters on a surface they are embedded within the surface itself making the top layer of the surface of the letters leave marks of jumps of the upper layer, what I want to achieve is that I make the top surface of one so as not to leave marks without embedding the letters so that there is a better finish and Then I’ve already written the letters for a nice top layer.
Because if not, this top layer of the rectangle that I show below there are contrast marks since the printer does not follow a continuous pattern to make the top layer, which leaves a bad finish since the letters are being embedded in the rectangle and does not allow you to make a top layer continuously and smoothly.

If you could solve this problem for me, I would be very grateful. Thank you for your attention.

Here is someone who has a similar problem maybe? Check this out: Incorrect colour, infill or top layer - #9 by abels3d

The only solution I have found is to separate the letters in the CAD model, raise them by 0.1mm, then import the file as a single part.
This will allow the slicer to print a clean top layer for the letters to be printed on.

I hope this help

WORKED!!! Thank you so much you really saved me at the last minute

I’ve found it better to flip the model over and print the text on the bed, that way you get a flat surface and much less waste.
