This is a complete shot in the dark, but I have had weird, intermittent, hard to identify issues like this when I had tiny pieces of broken filament in the idlers. Not big enough to block the filament path and throw an error, but big enough to intermittently catch/drag the filament moving through the idlers. As I say, complete shot in the dark.
Before checking that Id re-dry my filament and run a flow test. I have also seen this when my printer stops mid-print and the layer cools before the next layer lands on top, causing it not to bond properly. I would watch it print near the worst lines to see if filament changes are causing the time between layers to be too long.
If this has been repeatable across multiple batches it would be helpful to know if there are any consistancies besides the defect itself. For example, if it seems to happen around the same bed level everytime you might want to check your belt and belt transport system and all vertical screws and rods for anything that could cause a non-smooth movement of the bed. If it seems to happen roughly in the same location on the bed then it it could be something that affects both the vertical movement of the bed and the horizontal movement of the printer head. Just WAGs on my part.
ugh, looks like a random issue maybe. Probably just me but it almost looks like the issue is were there is a transition in the surface angle but that could be coincedence. And the fact that it didn’t happen on every object adds to the wierdness. I’m out of guesses.
The fact that it is just one of many is annoying. Other non-likely scenerios I can think of would be the print head moving to a position where the tube is in a position that causes filament drag (but this would most likely again show up in the same area of the plate) or if you have an AMS a roller that periodically drags or again filament/tube interaction. Since most of these look 2 color if you do have an AMS you could just print from different spool slots and show what a stupid thought that is.
To test the firmware/software you will have to do a roll back.
Yet another random thought… Not sure how much filament/time you have to burn but next time you need to do one of these jobs try printing half a batch and see if the issue still crops up. If these are more standard and less finely tuned prints you could try in Orca Slicer. (this is posted under P1 series so P1P or P1S printer, not the newer one? I should have asked earlier).
It is possibly a firmware/software issue but it seems like those wouldn’t be such random happenings. Updates could impact how your settings are interpeted and defaults can be switched or changed (like BS at one point changed some of the support defaults from 0 to -1) but again, it seems like those sort of things would impact everything.
If you do figure it out please post what you come up with.

Yeah, but then it would happen to all figurines, not just one.
And in case of the first figurine - the under extrusion lines were in both grey-blue and brown filaments Surprisingly not in white though (the rabbit is white) - not sure why…

I have a P1P upgraded to P1S using the upgrade kit.

I suspect it’s something like that. Some configuration changed in the latest update. Maybe. But the configuration having to do with beginning of printing a layer. It may be prime tower configuration, may be filament pull-back configuration, there are a bunch of stuff happening on a new layer after a filament swap. Could be any of them…
Mabye your Extruder screw is too loose (wich presses the extrusion wheel to the Filament). or your nozzle is clogged, but only in one direction, mabye change it.
