I would suggest not joining forums if your response is going to be “just Google it”.
The point of forums is to get an individual(‘s) personal experience with whatever the thread topic is. Have you even considered that they might be here because they googled it and didn’t find the answer they’re looking for? No? I doubt it.

While there are programs like hueforge which is amazing, there aren’t many GOOD image to stl that don’t produce unprintable garbage. But with ai I’m sure they’re coming rapidly (luma ai maybe? Best text to 3d I’ve found I think so far)
