I just got an error message at the start of calibration, that it had been some unusual been detected, that calibration failed and that the nozzle might not been clean.
(The printer had stopped.)
I looked and indeed at the side of the nozzle there was some filament (PETg). So I clicked abort.
But then the printer started a very intensive calibration 
No option to interrupt it.
