Improve Print Speed without losing quality

I’m looking for recommendations on how to shorten my printing time and not loose to much quality. I’m working on a large order for small parts and need a quick turnaround. There are 122 pieces on the print bed and the print time is currently 19 hours. When I have tried putting the printer in sport mode, it fails every time. See attached images. Any help would be great.

There’s no magic bullet.

There really are only 3 or 4 options and all of them require calibration to maximize output quality. Depending on your level of expertise and patience, it may take hours to properly dial-in the exact best settings for a filament. But I can promise you that it’s worth it.

Here’s the options that first come to mind.

  1. Make no changes but try Turbo Mode in the speed setting under the device menu or from the control panel on the printer.
  2. Purchase a High Speed filament and increase the speed in the speed settings under Global.
  3. Tune your filament and then increase speeds gradually to see where the sweet spot is.

And last but not least, use a third party to farm out your project who has industrial scale printers. Here’s one I used in the past. https://craftcloud3d.com/

Olias, Thank you so much and yes, still somewhat of a beginner. I should be able to figure these out, so Thanks. I’m also thinking about farming it out.
