I went to change my hot end and couldn’t get the thermistor out without breaking it. Now I have to wait on shipping for such a cheap part. Would be nice if an extra was included with the printer and with all hot end purchases!
It can be included with the printer and all hot end purchases. You just have to add it to your cart

It is included if you buy the complete hotend, along with heater, fan and silicone sock. If you buy just the nozzle part, that’s all you get.

You bought just the nozzle and got just the nozzle, what more do you want? If you want thermistors and heaters with it then buy the complete hot end assembly, it includes the nozzle, thermistor, heater, fan and silicone sock.
Why would they include things like that for free? It would put up the price of the nozzles on their own, and they already offer a complete hot end assembly with no need for you to go anywhere near the thermistor or heater other than plugging the wires in, so there is practically zero chance of you breaking the thermistor.
Sometimes you just need to accept it and learn rather than saying you messed up but the company should have given you stuff just in case. The issue here isn’t with bambu.
Just buying the whole hot end assembly is easier anyway, you can just have different sizes already made up and ready to swap with just two bolts and a few wires.
