"incompatable" error

I’m trying to send my first print from this PC to my printer and I’m getting this error:

I’ve seen many people say they have an issue with “chosen printer presets.” but my message just seems to say “chosen”??

The model slices fine but for some reason I’m unable to send it to my printer.
I’ve tried shutting down and restarting Bambu Studio, and even uninstalling it and re-installing but still I get this error. What does it even mean?

Welcome to the forum! Do you have “X1 Carbon” chosen in Bambu studio in the “Printer” section?

Wow, that was a quick response!

Yes, I do. And I have the 0.4mm nozzle selected.

The only change I have made is to use 0.1mm layer heights rather than 0.2mm but I can’t see that being an issue.

However, after another restart it is working now: :tada:
No idea what the problem was but it seems the gremlin has left for some reason: :thinking:
