Incorrect Starting Nozzle Temperature

I recently had a clumping issue and had to replace the Hotend Nozzle, Hotend assembly and extruder unit. When i start up the printer, the temperature goes straight above 270 degree but thats on the touch screen only, the nozzle does not heat up at all. This causes stop loading of filament, because to load it needs to below 250 degrees otherwise it just get stuck trying to reach 250. If i set the temperature to 300, it heats up the nozzle. So something is causing the incorrect temperature reading.

There is a video of when it starts up.

I suspect is the TH board. Does anyone know if the TH board A1 and A1 mini the same?

Ok so A1 and A1 mini share the same TH board. Replaced it and works fine now.
