If I have a V8 interface board , do I need to replace both the interface and tool head boards if I have a problem?

Iam a week into an open ticket with zero replies , ( ticket US240113943001 ) I need to get back up and running and Iam just ready to buy the parts needed , but need to makee sure I am replacing with the correct parts

So far I’ve worked out I have single laser V8 boards
But there is only v9 available in the store . Is it ok to fit the boards for v9 and does it need to be both boards or can a V8 tool head board go with a v9 interface board ?

If anyone has had this and knows the answer it would be much appreciated

Ps initial problem was connector pulling off interface board and on trying to refit the connector came off the board

Yes and the V9 is the new board out for your printer but they are hard to get because they are always out of stock :frowning:

I know this is an old post, but were you able to successfully swap the V* for the V9 boards?
