Like others before me, I accidentally pulled out the whole J4 housing (I believe it is for the Thermistor) when I tried to remove the 2-pin connector (see arrow pointing to item in question). However, it appears that I was able to push it back in correctly. I took a chance and put everything back together and plugged it back in. No explosions or electrical fires so I went ahead and ran a print job and it worked perfectly.
So if this happens to you, and you can confirm none of the pins were broken or bent, try pushing the housing back in before calling Customer Support. If anyone thinks this was a bad idea on my part, please let me know.
