Invoice hold over the holidays?

I just got my invoice which is awesome, however if I order now there’s a good chance it could show up when I’m not home…not awesome.

In the invoice email I see this note:

If you need a vacation hold on your packages between 20th Dec and 2nd Jan, please complete the final payment only when you are convenient for deliveries.

EDIT: My confusion comes from the ordering interface…when I click the link in the email I’m just taken to the full purchase interface…there’s no intermediate step…just buying the printer.

Does anyone here know for sure if I can just hold off on paying until after Dec 26th so that the printer doesn’t show up too early? I don’t want to lose the invoice…(although maybe that’s becoming way less of an issue now?)

It has always been if you don’t pay within 30 days of getting the invoice they cancel the order.

So delaying payment by a few days as they have stated so it don’t turn up whilst your away is fine.
