Ironing Test works great - finished product not so much

I ran the ironing test from:
Complete Ironing Test for Pla and Petg by tholey - MakerWorld

I got a great result and settled on 25% / 25mm:

I then went into a personal model, plugged in the 25/25 settings and I’m getting different results:

Are there any other settings that I need to modify to get the same results from the ironing test?
