Ironing with my A1

I just having a bit of trouble using the ironing option on my A1. I also have an X1C that does the ironing process quite well.

This is the original problem. Filament is PETG-HF…

I thought it might be the filament so I made a test piece and printed it in PLA…

Adjusting the ironing flow rate from 10% to 20% made it worse…

For now, I’ve reverted to no ironing and this is the test piece printed in PETG-HF at 0.20mm.

Like I said the X1C irons great with PLA and PETG, it’s something with the A1.

EDIT:

I actually made a model to find a good ironing setting on my A1

For me, 10mm/s and 14% flow works best. But i havent tried it in Bambu Slicer v2, maybe the problem is in the newer versions.
