For the past few days, I’ve noticed that the points on my MakerWorld profile aren’t adding up correctly anymore; yesterday I uploaded 6 new models, so I should have received at least 60 points based on your rules, yet this morning I see barely twenty, and downloads of my other models weren’t counted either. I’d like to understand why—my profile seems to be malfunctioning. I’d really like some feedback from Bambu Lab; does anyone know how to contact them? Thanks to anyone who can help. E’ un poi di giorni che vedo che i punti sul mio profilo makerworld non sono più regolari come prima; ieri ■■ caricato 6 modelli nuovi quindi avrei dovuto avere circa 60 punti al minimo secondo le vostre regole, stamattina me ne vedo si e no venti e non sono stati considerati i download degli altri modelli vorrei capire come mai. Il mio profilo sta funzionando male. Vorrei avere un minimo di riscontro da bambulab sapete come fare a contattarla? grazie a chi mi vorrà aiutare. ciao e buone stampe
Sorry I am not really sure why this is happening as I am new to maker world. I posted a model which was my first and got zero points. Is that normal or was is supposed to get points. And no one even printed it. The only thing I could think of is do you have to have people print your model for points and/or their might be a daily limit.
only up to a max of 20 points. After that no more points for new upload. Aside from that, MW points incentive program has had quite the overhaul, recommended is to carefully go through their new regulations to avoid disappointment
