I must be the dumbest person on this planet…. I installed the Knomi and it’s on and I scanned the QR Code and connected to it in my iPhone. Now it says: connect to the WEB UI and enter my network credentials…… what WEB UI? Where? I’m now completely lost.
When I scan the new QR Code it just gives me data….
HELP Please… talk to me like I’m 4 so I can understand please.
So the Knomi is one of the few Panda products I didn’t buy… but I just looked at the wiki and it sounds like when you connected to it with your phone a webpage should automatically open and show the webui. I also don’t have an iPhone but on Android sometimes it will block these popups and just put a notification at the top of the screen asking if you want to approve it.

Yes, I did read all that but when I scan the QR Code it is supposed to pop up the UI but it doesn’t. More great software that doesn’t always work…. So I finally decided to just connect.local to the bloody thing and I connected. It constantly tells me the communication reset and to reopen the browser page. Honestly, idiots wrote this.
It also scans for the printer but doesn’t present any printers until you touch the printer selection section then it pops up and inputs your printer.
I did finally get it set up, but after turning off the printer, which kills everything and in a few minutes turn it back on the Knomi spends many minutes reconnecting to the printer.
Honestly it’s a complete hassle to get it to stay working and it’s on the latest firmware.
If I had to do it again… I wouldn’t.
