I just made an order for a printer, and it doesn’t show in my account, i don’t have mail confirmation or anything…
Is this normal?

Yes, I got one every time I ordered anything from Bambu, including the printers. You checked your Junk folder I assume? Maybe a mail server is down, give it a bit. Can you find the order on the Bambu site?
No, i can’t see the order on the website in my account
I do not have the confirmation email, checked spam.
I can see the payment in my bank account statement

It was like 15 minutes. The order just showed in my account in the store, still no confirmation email tho.
I just found it really weird that I don’t see the order at all anywhere, now that it showed at least in my account I can live without the email

Well, that’s good at least. It could be a mail server issue. Did you verify your email address you provided Bambu is correct? Misspellings, stuff like that?

I can understand the impatience. Heck, same-day Amazon delivery isn’t even fast enough when I really want something immediately. 
When is someone going to invent teleportation?!?
Oh, I actually don’t expect it anytime soon. It’s still with “ETA Mid April”
I am just too used to having confirmation for everything instantly, and when there isn’t any, it feels not right
Hopefully we can 3d print anything soon, so delivery won’t be required 
Well, maybe not teleportation, but someone could invent something to just print stuff and also an kind of network used for instant data transfer

I ordered my second X1C on April 4th and it already is enroute from California this morning, due this Friday. It seems their shipping speed is improving greatly.
