Is it normal to swap the hotend when after the nozzle is heated up?

My understanding was that we have to switch the hotend when the nozzle is cooled down.
But the hotend was stucked so I heated the nozzle up to 230C and it came off.
ChatGPT tells me that I have to switch the hotend everytime when after the nozzle is heated up.
Is that true???
The reason why it won’t came off is because some adhensive stays there on the hotend or the nozzle?
But I cannot see and recognize it,

It’s likely that some filament material has worked its way between the heater and hot end and sort of glued them together. You don’t normally have to heat it up to remove them.

I have the same problem with my A1 nozzle being stuck. I’ve been using a metal brush like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005009524960558.html

I found one at the local dollar store

Heat it up and pick/brush it off is really the only way.

Thanks for sharing.
It will be easy to remove from the heated nozzle.
But what about the hotend?
It has to be over 230C and I have to hold that hot while removing the adhensive.

Please, please don’t accept what ChatGPT says as gospel. The AI engines all make some obvious mistakes on technical subjects. It doesn’t actually think. It compares with what it has been trained on so if you ask questions on things with little accurate information or lots of misinformation, AI engines will happily tell you all sorts of bogus stuff.

It may be accurate or it may not but it’s the equivalent of asking someone who frequently lies because they are a sociopath and don’t understand the concepts of lying vs telling the truth. It just fishes answers out of its bowl of answers without understanding if it’s helping or hurting.

To properly use AI on technical subjects you have to have enough background to know when AI is and isn’t out of its depth. It’s kind of a paradox because if you already know the subject why ask AI, but if you don’t know the subject even AI lies may seem reasonable. This is why there’s a constant stream of stories in the press of AI results causing so many problems. AI is no panacea and can lead people the wrong ways very convincingly.
