Is my AMS screwed? rattling noise

My AMS has suddenly started making a rattling noise See (https://youtu.be/m2P4k9Hnw9M). The printer is also saying it can’t load the the filament.

So first question is, is the rattling something terminal and does anyone know what top do to solve it?

You’ve probably got a piece of filament somewhere tripping a sensor. Take the PTFE tubes out and see if you can see it. If you can you might be able to push/pull it out. Worst case you’re going to have to take the hub apart.

Many thanks for that, disassembling the internal hub did the trick, although there was nothing obvious causing the problem there.
The filament issue was caused by a broken piece of filament in the extruder, which I also dismantled and managed to remove.
