I think the top of my memory stick fell into the Top Vent. It was setting on top of printer but now I cannot find it, so I assume it fell inside the vent. The vent seems to work properly but I would like to look inside just in case. Is there a way to open the vent manually?

I think you can try to check the start G-code of the machine. The relevant commands are included in that code.
