Is there a way to only scale up one part of a print?

I’m trying to print a wheel for an RC Crawler. I have some paddle tires made for a larger wheel. I need to print the wheel larger but keep the hub the same size so it will still mount on the axle.

It’s one object, then you must edit it, separate to two parts, resize one, assing them togehter.
Very simple in eg. tinkercad

This is possible with the cut to parts function
it works really well for planar elements but it might be tricky or even impossible with round objects

cut the objekt to separate the part you want to scale up and scale the separated part
