When the printer isn’t running a job, the LED status bar under the print bed keeps pulsing. I’d like to leave some filament drying over the next few days, but the constant light is a bit distracting.
Is there any option to disable this behaviour after prints finish, or perhaps a hidden menu setting I might have overlooked?
You can resolve this by enabling Sleep Mode (also known as Energy-Saving Mode) within the firmware settings—typically found under the Settings or Screen Operation menu. Once configured, the timer will trigger and all lights will turn off—even during extended operations such as drying with your AMS 2 or HT units. For detailed instructions and official guidance, please refer to the Screen Operation Guide on the Bambu Lab Wiki, which covers both Auto-Sleep and Chamber Light Mode settings.
And as a gentle reminder—sometimes it’s actually manly (or womanly, whichever you prefer) to read the manual.
