Tech Support wants to see the most recent file that I attempted to print, but I can’t see any way to access that file. Bambu Studio put it there (through the cloud) but I can’t see any feature to drag it back.
I know people have created FTP connections to the X1, but I have not been able to get that to work.
Would caching the cloud print to the SD card then taking the SD card out and reading it work? Do you have cloud print caching to SD card activated already?
Under Settings (leftmost column of the screen, 2nd from the top) > Print Options > Scroll to the bottom and activate cache to SD Card
Thanks, NatX. I want to retrieve the file for the most recent print, so changing settings now will not help.
I gather that there is NO way to retrieve that file. Bambu Lab tech support say there is nothing they can do.
I will never use the cloud to print again. I will always use sneaker net and the SD card. At least, that way, I will always have access to the files that I print.
The Bambu design is stunningly stupid. To intentionally create files that can never be retrieved is just beyond belief.
