Is there CAD model of Maker's Supply LED Lamp components?

I can’t find the CAD file for the LED lamp component, I mean that for the component itself as per picture, not for the printed parts

Any clue?

If you want, I can do the cad for you

Indeed, it’s just a simple circle with a cable. I can do it too

I know you can. But I have the kit on hand, so you if don’t I can do it ^^

Ah great! Indeed I would like to know if there are something below and what’s the width of the inner circle (aluminium I think).
You are so kind, thank you!

@MakerWorld @SupportAssistant Feature Requests
Besides linking CAD for Hardware Kit compatible MakerWorld prints in the shop pages, it may make sense to also link some Hardware Kit CAD itself. As @Henlor and @michelem show in this thread, it may be quite a useful feature for designers. Hint, hint

They already provides 2d and 3d drawings for most of the hardware (e.g. 3030 5V LED Board with SH1.0 Connector)

But they didn’t do it for kits (where there are multiple items) and since the kit-001 is one of the simplest kit in term of content, they probably didn’t judge useful to create a page for the LED alone ( there are additional screws and an double sided tape in the kit).
The end result is that there are on CAD file for the Lamp kit :S (maybe it’s a “technical problem”, two different page templates for kits and individual items, and the footer for the drawings is not available for kit pages).

@MakerWorld feel free to add my CAD model to the lamp kit page

They aren’t providing it, they are selling it. There’s a difference between the two. lol

Huh? English is not my first language, but to me providing something doesn’t necessarily means that it is free.
And anyway, those 2d and 3d drawings files are freely accessible and free of charge on their store ?!

No worries Henlor, I’ve just fooling around with words when I’ve noted BL charges for that too.
And you’re correct: “provide/ing”, does mean “to make available”, “to furnish”, “to supply”, or “to afford” something, that can be “for free”, or “for a fee”.
But “providing (that)”…could also be used to say what must happen or must be done to make it possible for something else to happen (e.g. We’ll buy everything BL produces for our printer, providing that the price it is right")

I honestly don’t know. I wasn’t looking for them.

I made a version for LED strip. Everyone have one, why spend more on modules from aliexpress…

Where is it?
(blah, blah, blah …25 characters stuff)

Well done.

It was a great idea to publish the CAD model for the Lamp Kit.

A good service to the community.
