Trying to update my Support case and add pictures as they instructed me to and it just keeps showing the loading message and then a red banner displays off-line - I kill the app and start over and it does the same thing just curious if there is a workaround or if this is just their service.
Use the website version.
Log in to the website, click your avatar and tickets are shown in the support option.

In order to send it through Handy, the printer has to be on.
