Is this normal or have I been screwed some how?

So I ordered an A1 at the beginning of December along with a couple of accessories. The confirmation said the A1 wouldn’t be shipping until the December 23, that’s fine. I got a notification that I would receive a partial order (the accessories) which I did last week.

The problem is clicking on any of the emails with tracking and order numbers takes me to a page that says “page not found.”

My question is, why is my original order number not taking me to a page that says that part of my order has been delivered and the printer will ship on whatever date? Instead I’m taken to a “page not found” which is a little disconcerting. Spending over $700CDN total is still a lot of money for some of us even if it is one of their less expensive printers and not having a page to see the status the way you expect to see it.

For those of you that have ordered, gotten partial shipment, and checked your order status, is this normal to not see the printer showing as not shipped yet?

BTW, yes I did send a ticket but I’m curious what you guys with experience think.

Sometimes the combination of link and browser doesnt work…

Have you tried to put the tracking number in manually on the carrier site?

If you don’t know the carrier try using a universal tracking site.

I had an order a few weeks ago that was split in to 3 different shipments but I only had one tracking number and the order looked complete after the first package arrived. The second two shipments arrived a few days later but I had no way of knowing until they arrived. It’s happened to a few others also.

When I hover my mouse over the black “tracking number” button of the A1 it shows 2 numbers and both say “delivered.” If I was able to see something else like “not shipped” I wouldn’t be worried but “delivered” is worrisome.

I may have jumped the gun, although none of the emails take me to a page that gives me the proper status, going to the account spot you mention does give some comfort as it says “partially fulfilled” thankfully.
