The model doesnt look perfectly smooth so that might be the problem but I just wanna make sure

No, it’s not Z-Banding.
It looks like both under & over extrusion…someone else is going to have to chime in.

Looks like flow rate calibration may be a little bit off. Best to re-dry beforehand though as that may be a root cause.
Since looks like a scaled F-35, is it PLA or something else?
Yeah. PA and Flow both look to be sub-optimally tuned.
The fine hair-like stringing is a sign that you’re either extruding way too hot or your filament needs drying.
Both of these things have an impact on PA and Flow settings.
