Since a few days I started having issues with my prints. Seems like the very beginning of every print is having an issue. The issue is gone after a few second of printing and the rest is printed fine. You can see the issue in the picture.
Before everything was printing fine.
Looks like a fingerprint at first, if its always the same spot on the plate I’d suggest a good scrub of the plate in sink of hot soapy (basic Dawn type) water. If its still there it may be a silicone or similar spot and they are hard to remove. I have one plate that always does this and I’ve resigned myself to avoiding prints on that area.
I dont understand. It takes longer to start a new thread than washing the print plate. Something you ALWAYS do when it doesn’t stick. Its like “did you restart the computer”
I did wash the print plate with dishwashing soap. It did not help.
And since I’m new to the 3D printing (printed maybe 5 times so far) I started to look for another reason - hence the question on the forum, which is what this forum is for, isn’t it?
