Issue with 01.02.00.00 firmware update on P2S

I just updated the firmware on my P2S as the printer asked. should have waited.. guess I am Bambu’s Guinea pig now. After update 01.02.00.00 Printer will not connect to wi-fi network The only new change is the firmware. the network is working fine. printer says it is connected to the wifi network but it will not connect to the internet. says connect to network to login. but also says it is connected to wifi. UGG.

Try turning your printer off and then on again. I’ve heard that fixes some of the issues with the new P2S firmware.

Similar situation here, since the firmware update to 01.02.00.00, whenever I do liveview of the printing through Bambu Studio I get a connection error 90% of the time. And after re-attempting a few times it starts working.

The printer has been turned off multiple times since the update and the problem hasn’t gone away.

No issues here with 01.02.00.00. I have 3 P2S printers and updated the firmware on all of them with no issues. Connections are solid.

Have you kept your wifi router’s firmware up to date? I ask because I had an issue with my H2D after a firmware update and it ended up the network issue was with my wifi router. After updating my router’s firmware the printer connected and worked 100%. Just an idea or thought to consider.

The solution, was to power cycle the entire system. Printer, and router. Thank you for all your response.

Same, i downloaded it and the only thing that i didnt like is that dont let you watch the time lapses on the printer

Since i cant open a new topic yet ill post here.

I have an issue with wifi or stream stability after updating my P2S to 01.02.00.00.
The wifi signal is showing as weaker as before (nothing else changed as firmware).
Also the video stream is hard to start now in bambu studio / handy, error is “Connection Failed. Please check the network and try again.” I have to try a dozen times for it to start successfully…

I have restarted the printer and routers multiple times, no difference. Before this update everything worked perfectly.
