Issue with Bambu PETG-HF Forest Green (33502)

I have bought and used almost every single one of Bambu’s PETG-HF filament and they all for the most part print very similar and print without issues. However one color, the Forest Green specifically, will not print right no matter what.

It has random issues from not adhering well to bed, stringing and clumps, very inconsistent and rough wall finish, poor top surface, etc. If a filament can cause an issue, this one has done everything except outright clogging. Every other color prints flawlessly with no issues, only issue I had was with the white, but it was wet filament so drying it solved that.

With this filament I have tried drying it numerous times and didn’t help. I tried different build plates, different size nozzles, it’s been tested in multiple P1S units, X1C, and an H2D. I have tried differing layer heights, print speeds, temperatures, etc. Nothing will make this filament print correctly which makes me very sad because it is a beautiful color. I’m almost thinking I got a bad roll or something, but they are out of stock so can’t check. I have also tried automatic and manual flow rate and dynamic calibrations.

I’m just at a total loss, because if I put in any other roll of PETG-HF, even straight out of the package with most of them, it prints perfectly with zero issues. It’s just this single color and it happens in every machine I own.

When (as in how long ago) did you buy the forest green?

I purchased it directly from Bambu on April 14, 2025

Pretty recent, maybe it was part of the bad batch.

It sounds like a serious quality issue and might be a reason for the PETG-HF being out of stock.
Could be that Bambu Labs pulled all the PETG-HF from the store to investigate before they release it back to the market.

The fact that all stores worldwide and all colors were suddenly not in stock anymore is definitely suspicious.
Certain less common used colors are no fast runners and usually are in stock longer.

I have used several spools of the Forest Green and did not have any issues, if I dried it, then all of a sudden, I had a support adhesion to main part issue, just out of the blue. Checked settings and nothing had changed. Moved spool from X1C to P1S and printed some smaller parts in the same color, no issues. Moved back to X1C and printed smaller parts, no issues. Unfortunately in doing this, I ran myself out of filament. I want to re-print these parts but of course it has been out of stock for some time now. I have tried a couple other brands and cannot match the color perfectly.
