Issues 1 hour into a print

One hour into print my p1p starts to under extrude. Same basic time frame on different prints. I have cleaned the nozzle and run re-calibration multiple times. This is PLA generic.

Have you cleaned your extruder? Is there any “unnecessary” tension on the PTFE tubes? By different prints do you mean different models?

I agree. I had some instances where some build-up on the extruder gears caused this. However, it would be nice to get a bit more info about the filament and additional settings you picked. An image of your problem/model could also help.

Fillament is elegoo black pla. Other than supports I run stock settings. I have run several spools of this material and it is normally perfect.

Yes different models, just to see if it was a file flaw.

This under extrusion may be mechanical. This happened to me when my spool wasn’t able to unreel enough filament due to tension on the spool being uneven. Are you using an AMS or just printing externally?

Just one spool, and I changed to a new spool to be sure it was dry.

Is it the same printer you used for the other rolls?
I would suggest checking your extruder for any debris.
I’m not sure how you cleaned your nozzle, so just in case, I would also try to do a cold pull. (Can be a bit tricky. On both X1 and P1 Series, you have to loosen the hotend while leaving it plugged in and setting the temperature manually)
One last thing to check is if the thermal grease on both your heater and the thermistor is dry or brittle. You should find some extra thermal grease in your printer’s box. Just make sure the thermal grease can handle 300C in case you choose something else than the original.

Yes same printer, its the fail at almost one hour consistently that throws me off. It seems odd a clog will form at the same time
