Issues and such

Cheers mate, will give it a look. I’ve bought about 20 rolls, almost entirely PLA. Tempted to put in a second order with some extra petg, maybe a roll of abs and some ASA. Little bit of FOMO going on regarding the sale. Seems way easier given the RFID stuff when compared to manually having to tell the printer what everything is (mainly thinking of my wife here).

Anyway, disregarding the initial ID10T errors I’m having a great time. This printer is so fast that it astounds me. It’s literally 3x faster than my I3 MK3s, Print quality is generally better though it’s more prone to one or two small errors on a print. If I was still running a farm commercially I’d probably run my prusas for external parts and the bambu for internal parts, since I was always an utter perfectionist. I used to bin 10 hour prints over a 1mm extrusion error, but then we were well known for producing high quality prints, even if our prices were a little higher than some… anyway, I’m pretty damn impressed so far… I just wish that I had been able to buy a H series instead. I’ll probably keep my eye on marketplace for one in future.

Oh yeah… we printed some vent things to redirect air up and away from the plate to help with adhesion issues. No clogging yet, thankfully. Happy cooincidence (i think), we can spin them around and aim them right onto the plate to cool it down between prints. Cuts the downtime significantly. Very handy. Might get my son to design some that can be articulated.

Exactly the same problem here.
