Issues with ftp connection

Hi.
I am trying to connect to my X1C via FTP using the “FTPRush” client on my mac. I am using the access code and can login with no issues, but I get the error message below (SSL connection failed: session reuse required) and cannot mount the SD card. Anyone has any idea how to fix this? Thank you!

Sorry I not using Mac and I don’t know if this will help you out.

But did you have a area you can select this ?

Yes, implicit TSP is selected

You can try this one and see if you have any luck I use WinSCP and it works with the X1 but it is only windows.

FileZilla

I had to turn this on also but I don’t know if you have this option.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any such option in the software I am using.

Has anyone had luck connecting to mac OS? If yes, how are they connecting?

I just tried FileZilla and I can connect with no issue. Thanks all

I just connected via Transit 5 via the following settings:

Just change your IP address and password as appropriate to your printer (password is your printers Local Lan access code)

I was able to successfully connect using FileZilla version 3.64.0 on Windows 11 to my X1C here are the settings I used for me port number wasn’t required, hope this helps someone else out

I’m using FileZilla Pro - v … and I receive the error below, I’ve attached my connection settings as well. Anyone else having this issue?

UPDATE: I turn on LAN only mode, recorded the access code (ftp password) and then turned it off again. Then I was able to successfully connect to my printer !!
