Hi, so i really need help with getting custom filament profiles to show on my bambu handy app. I never had that problem with my x1c but with my h2c its impossible to get the custom presets to show. I tried uninstalling the app on my phone and signing out and re signing in, same on my pc.
something weird I noticed. my x1c has both user
presents and system presets. if I select my h2c, the filament presets are not available at all. but if I select my x1c before starting a print, then press the button for use my filamebt presets and then swap to my h2c, then the menu appears on the h2c. however only system presets show even though I have user presets I added.Even after adding a custom filament in the device tab In bambu studio, when the menu appears after selecting that filsment, it just shows a blank(see pictures).Just some weird glitch and its getting annoying because I just can’t send prints from my phone with my custom profiles. Is there anyway to fix this? I opened a ticket but it seems to be going in circles
Pictures show how menu does not show when just selecting the h2c but after some odd steps it does but its missing my presets.
