Hi all,
I currently get the following error on my X1C:
“It is not possible to pull the filament out of the extruder. This can be caused by a clogged extruder or filament breakage in the extruder. [0700 8003 164321]”
Mind that the above error is translated from Dutch so the actual English error might be slightly different.
I already did a cold pull and the extruder is complete clear. When I try to unload the filament from the screen, there is a red light blinking in slot nr 3 of the AMS. The filament that is loaded is Bambu Basic PLA. When I try to pull the filament from the AMS, it feels like the filament is stuck somewhere there. That why I’ve put it in this category.
Any help would be appreciated.
The flashing red light means there is probably a piece of filament stuck in the AMS. Here is a really good video detailing the problem and how to fix it.

Thanks for your reply.
I watched the video you sent.
The difference is that it seems that in my case the filament is completely fed up until the extruder.
At the back you have the tube you can disconnect to attach the external filament role instead of using the AMS.
So, when I press that, it seems I am able to pull the filament from there so my first guess that something was wrong at the AMS itself seemed wrong.
Do you have a similar video on removing stuck filament from the print head?
The video itself was already informative and helped me partially with troubleshooting.
I changed the category of this post.
There is a decent article with a couple videos on the Bambu wiki regarding extruder clogs.

Hallo,
Genau dieses Problem hatte ich auch.
Bei mir hing das filament im inneren des Extruders
Fest. Genau zwischen den beiden Förder Rädern.
Ohne es auf zu machen wäre es bei mitnichten mehr gelaufen
I followed the video and eventually got it working.
Always good to get to know your printer
