Whenever I create and upload a new model, it usually stays in the “Verifying” status for over 12 hours. Other creators’ models seem to go live within about 20 minutes, so I find it strange that mine consistently take so long.
Is anyone else experiencing this? If it keeps taking more than 12 hours, is there any way to resolve it? Should I delete the model and upload it again?
Normally, this only takes a few hours. However, due to server maintenance or temporary issues, it can occasionally take up to a day in rare cases.
If it’s still not verified after that, I’d recommend reviewing the files you uploaded, as there may be something that confused the system. Common causes include a 3MF file that is too large, corrupted, or unusually complex.
Another thing the system can sometimes struggle with is a video that hasn’t been approved by the AI moderation process.
In most cases, you should receive some kind of notification if something goes wrong. That said, there are days when the system simply seems to get stuck without providing clear feedback.
For now, I’d wait until the full 24 hours have passed. If it’s still not verified by then, consider deleting the upload and checking your files for any issues before trying again.
