Jagged surface

Is this normal, i printed in quite a few filament have not encountered this issue, just when i trying wood filament i face issue having a jagged surface / wavy surface / wrinkle some sort. I use a bambu lab p1s.

compared with a other printer with a smooth surface but bambulab having issue.
I need help, has anyone encounter this before?
print at 0.16 layer height. all stock setting no changes

So, if understood correctly, is the issue in the tip surface solely limited to a filament?
And does the same spool (not filament) in another printer work fine? If so, which printer? Are the printer settings the same?
Did you calibrate the filament? Dried it?
How much % of wood or which filament are you using specifically?
