Hi, I have been fine-tuning my settings for Jayo PLA META, for my P1S with AMS in Bambu Studio V1.9.3.50.
Initially I was getting hopeless warping and / or very brittle layers.
I enlisted the help of all the deepseek AI that I could find and the result, I must say, is pretty awesome thus far. These are my settings for churning out the prints at super high speed; so there is some fine pretty neglegible hairs on overhangs but I am tinkering to get that out. I am still tinkering,but these are good results for draft prints.
So here goes, as a small note, I have NOT activated supports since I only had small holes in my prints so that’s open. Also, there is one difference in the gcode if you want to tune for more even more speed but that is only noticable if you have a very large draft. Else, the stronger setting is preferable.
I may update once I get the minimal hairs out, but that is really neglegible at this point. Stuff comes out really well.
Other notes:
KEEP DOOR AND GLASS CLOSED and do NOT open it even for a moment, you will get insta-warp, this stuff is highly temperature shock sensitive. There should be a warning if cabin temps rise too much (in the gcode), so at that point you could consider to leave 2-3 cm of the door open.
THIS IS ON A SMOOTH PEI PLATE - cleaned with alcohol and hair spray applied, in between 2-3 prints. I may experiment with taking that out as well.
