What You’ll Be Involved In
Translating Bambu Lab projects (such as product pages, firmware UI, or other user-facing materials)
Reviewing translations, either yours or those completed by other translators
Helping ensure consistency, clarity, and overall translation quality for your language
What We’re Looking For
Native speakers, or having lived long-term in the target region and understand the local language and culture well
Translation experience is preferred
Familiarity with Bambu Lab products is a strong plus
A strong sense of responsibility
Availability in spare time for ongoing part-time collaboration

why on earth is every translation into Portuguese “Brazilian Portuguese” and not “Portuguese from Portugal,” when that’s the root of the language and not a mixture of Portuguese and American Portuguese…

I would like to help you with the Czech translations of Bambu Studio, Bambu Handy, and Bambu Firmware (3D printer GUI). In the past, I provided the Czech translation to the Bambu Studio developers, but it took a long time for them to include it. Eventually it succeeded, but recently a completely new Czech translation was added, which is not entirely understandable for Czech users. I also translated OrcaSlicer for a while. I have always tried to stick to established translations from the past so that this field of 3D printing becomes more unified, consistent, and at the same time more intuitive for the Czech 3D printing community. Your printers are being bought and used more and more here in the Czech Republic, but users often face a language barrier. If you are interested, please contact me.
