I joined the beta program from Handy app several days ago, but I still don’t have any updates.
I tried to restart my X1C multiple times, I tried also to disconnect AMS and restart it, still no updates.
Do you have any idea what could I try?
Same problem here. But eventually it showed up. Both for the X1C and for the AMS 2 Pro.
Both is running well now and i like the new look and the new functions.
BTW: I am in germany
So did you just wait and someday you got the update?
Correct. So 3-4 days after i signed to the beta programm, it showed up. Maybe Bambulab delivers the beta firmware in waves.

Yup, the beta roll out is staggered from my understanding.
Once registered, if you are accepted you should get an invite to a private forum tab and a disclaimer ? to fill in / sign
This is how it works for the Private Beta, not for the Public Beta.
It seems the Private Beta chanel wasn’t used for this recent release.

i dont think they have been used for a while , as private goes public eventually ,its like we all got rolled into one .
