Um, What? I had my Aftershokz’s on. Anything to drowned out the pablum the wife is watching in the other room. I’m deaf in one ear, and can’t hear with the other. But bone conduction headphones work fine for me.
I don’t need sonic distractions. I prefer to listen to things around me generally. If my machines start messing up, often I can hear it and intervene. But when driving or riding on long trips I like music.
Music, there are only two kinds, Country, and Western. Most of the rest is just noise. Rap is just crap with the c removed.

I kinda have problems with these kind of questions. Not because I am against them, but usually when I am “online” I am in no distractions mode. My IPod has 17300 songs on it. some are repeats, best of, live, original, ect. . That’s about half my collection. No Sirius. No IHeart. Pretty much what I own. I was just outside listening to Maria Muldaur Richland Woman album but at any given time I am listening to anything from Ace of Base to 4 non blondes, to Einestruzende Neubauten to Gregorian Chants to things I can’t type because I don’t have Greek characters. A lot of “classic” rock. C and also W. Classic. World. Acid. Emo. Goth. Etc…Can’t forget DhakaBrakha…saw them live last year.
Edit: ok, and, and the throat singers Huun-Huur-Tu (saw them live) The HU. Jeez, now YOU got me started…
