Not really sure where to post this, but can k-factor be changed on the fly? For example, I did a PA cal and set it to what I thought was good, then find I wanted to adjust it 0.001 or 0.002 up or down due to a little over or under extrusion. Can I just open the cal history, make the change, save it, and then the new number will be used automatically while a print is running? Or will I have to stop and restart the print to use the new k-factor?
No, and K Factor anyway won’t change under or over extrusion. K Factor is pressure advance, not flow ratio. Look it up.
Right, it’s pressure advance. It will change over and under extrusion during acceleration periods, like the start and end of a line, directions changes or during infill direction changes on top surfaces.
Please refrain from snarky remarks such as “look it up” since it doesn’t do anything to actually help. I’ve since tuned my PA over several prints because it wasn’t THAT critical. I was unable to tell if selecting a different PA value or changing it via manual edit would affect the print in progress as I was making very small changes.

Assuming you are referring to the pressure advance values stored at the printer, and use the BambuStudio to edit the results, I can confirm that if you pause the print, change the value, it will be automatically updated in the filament stored value.
Now, if it results in effective changes, I can’t be precise. I am unaware of how BL uses the calibration value during the print, i.e., does it read once and use it, or, e.g., will the change prompt a trigger in the printer to update the value? It is possible to clarify this by an empirical test.
Right, I’ve found the same result, that it will indeed be changed. I have not done a test to see if it is updated throughout the print, if it’s read at the time the print is started, when a filament is loaded, or at a different time.
Orcaslicer allows you to use multiple PA values per flowrate per acceleration
I’ve found that just informing it of the PA per flowrate has been enough. Usually your PA will shrink as flow increases, as a result of the compression of the spaghetti.
