I have an image .png with rounded edges. When I import it, it makes a square keychain. Why is that?
Likely transparency from your png? - check your export settings from the photo software. Not much to go off without including the pic too

I think my real issue/complaint is why can’t I have more control over the shape of my keychain. Are there any thoughts on being able to upload a square image and change the shape. Maybe it’s all user error? Maybe I need to be better with image editing software.
Idk, maybe someone who has used the tool can help, but from file formatting alone - png is always a rectangle, and its up to you to color in the transparent parts as transparent, so perhaps your transparency is incorrect
