My print head is slamming against the side so hard it knocks the face off the print head.
Every time. Can’t print like that. I have had this not quite 3 months and never had this happen before.
Does this happen on one sliced file or a multitude of print jobs?

Thanks for your help. It was a corrupted file from the slicer. I ran a print then made changes to it. Should have know when the slicer added more that an hour to the print time for just adding a raft something was up.
So after re-slicing it and running it problem went away.
