So ein Unsinn…die Kosten sind so gering da das meiste von deiner Liste vorhanden ist…höchstens die wenigen Stunden (wenn man langsam ist) um es zur Verfügung zu stellen…und einen neues Serverzentrum werden Sie für dieses Vorhaben wohl nicht benötigen…am Ende des Tages ist es einfach Customer-Care und die Frage ob man das will oder nicht…

Aber die Reaktion mancher hier erstaunt mich enorm.
Zunächst die absurde Theorie, als würde das Bereitstellen der Labels für mehr Fälschungen sorgen. Auch Fälscher können das Label einscannen, daran wird es nicht scheitern wenn sie Kartons mit BambuLab Logos bedrucken und RFID Chips in die Spulen bauen.
Auch das Argument der Kosten ist völlig unverhältnismäßig. Die Kosten wären verschwindend gering. Vollkommen marginal im Vergleich zum Benefit für den Kunden.
Just stumbled on to this thread and honestly am pretty amazed by the tone. Bambu sells filament refills in boxes that the spools do not fit in which means that it should be pretty common for someone to need a box for a filament type that does not have the right label on it. They include tags for the rolls in the refill box for exactly this reason, but do not include a spare box label. I think the OP has a legit question. Why all the negativity? Counterfeiting? Really?Bambu has done many things to help its customers even when we are just being vane and wanting all our box labels to match. Wow guys… just wow.

I’m so amazed to see how many folks are desesperate to discourrage people into simply asking for some box labels in order to have all their spools correctly and estheticaly appealing labeled spool holders.
Wouldn’t it be even more simple to just create a community bank of all those labels so we could reprint them at home and be pleased to see all our BAMBULAB FILAMENTS that we bought instead of the competition ?

Brilliant…exactly what I needed. The switch to the narrow labels on the refills really messed up how this was meant to work, and this site helps amazingly.
Those arguing that providing labels is helping counterfitters haven’t thought this through at all, since the label is the least of their issues.
Combining this with a filament tracking system like SpoolStock (spoolstock.com) would be awesome!
